The hotel is situated perfectly, just a two-minute walk from the Zocalo in Puebla, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms, while not huge, are spacious enough to accommodate large suitcases. The service was a mix of unfriendliness at the door and helpfulness in addressing issues. Dining options were limited but included in the price. The facilities are satisfactory, with small details that could be improved in terms of maintenance.

I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were a bit small and dark, but very clean. The echoes from people moving around can be noisy, especially towards the front of the hotel. The room had a double and a single bed, along with a TV that had a remote control.
